About this policy
PubsOn is operated by ONFO LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 16920128. Our registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact hello@pubson.com or write to us at that address. This policy describes cookies and similar browser storage on the PubsOn website. It does not cover the separate FiresOn, BeersOn or ONFO websites.
What the website uses
We use optional, cookieless Vercel Web Analytics only after you choose Accept all. It measures page views, referral sources, approximate location and browser/device information. It uses a temporary visitor hash instead of persistent tracking cookies; Vercel says the hash is discarded after 24 hours. This is not a deletion deadline for aggregate reports, whose retention depends on the Vercel plan and provider settings. We strip query strings and fragments from page URLs and do not send custom events or email contents. See Vercel’s analytics privacy information. We do not use advertising pixels or embedded social-media widgets. We use first-party local storage named pubson.analytics-consent.v1 solely to remember your yes/no choice and its expiry for 180 days. This preference storage is necessary to honour your choice and is not used for advertising.
Hosting and security
Vercel delivers and protects the website. Request processing and security checks can occur without cookies. If a security challenge is required, the hosting service may use strictly necessary security cookies or similar mechanisms. These are separate from optional analytics and advertising. We do not claim that our hosting provider will never set a security cookie.
Google Fonts and ordinary browser caching
Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives the technical details needed to serve those requests. A third-party request is not itself a cookie. Your browser may cache fonts, images and stylesheets as part of normal page delivery. See our Privacy notice and Google Fonts’ privacy information for more detail.
Your choices
Choose Accept all or Reject all in the banner. Both choices leave the whole site available. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics; it does not undo earlier lawful processing. After 180 days, or if you clear site data, we ask again. If JavaScript or browser storage is unavailable, analytics stays off. Your browser settings also let you inspect or clear site data and control cookies. Blocking security mechanisms may affect access if the hosting service challenges a request. Visiting a linked website is subject to that website’s own cookie policy and choices.
If this changes
Before introducing technologies that require consent, we will update this policy and provide a way to accept or reject them before they run, with a way to change your choice later. Questions can be sent to hello@pubson.com.
